Pillow, 'Preston' (Australian Kangaroo)

The Uniquely Australia collection celebrates the uniqueness and complexity of some of the most iconic Australian fauna. Each piece reflects on the characteristics of these beautiful creatures, and the people they remind me of or lessons I have learned from them. The fine details of each watercolour painting attempt to replicate the beauty and grace of each of these native creatures, with vibrant slashes of colour characteristic to my artwork adding a joy and playfulness to each piece.
